Steven W. Marshall - Director, Commercial Broker

Steve Marshall is an experienced, professional specialist in commercial real estate. In addition to buying, selling and leasing, Steve has experience with development projects, assemblages and various investment structures. His mission is to add value to every transaction and exceed his clients' expectations with every step of the process.

Prior to joining Keller Williams Mr. Marshall was Managing Director of the Fleisher Company office in Rifle, Colorado. There he supervised a team of commercial and residential brokers serving clients from Carbondale to Grand Junction with professional real estate services ranging for buying, selling and leasing to development and investment.

Steve has a diverse background in real estate, finance and investing. Steve has operated his own independent real estate office, worked as a consultant on municipal golf course development, real estate investment, and small business development and financing. He spent several years in the commodity futures industry as a trading system developer and a registered Commodity Trading Advisor.

Steve holds a BS in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, and a MBA with a specialization in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, as well as skiing, mountain biking and flying in the mountains of Colorado.
